Living ...

Entrance through secure gating, several steps down lead into Villa Ocaso. The inviting entrance hall has a feature staircase with doors to Bedroom 1 and 2 and the integral garage. Sweeping stairs lead down into the split level open plan living areas with stunning black glazed walls. On the upper level there is guest cloakroom, a study area with internet point plus a distinctive circular dining table seating 8 – 12 guests. On this dining level is the door to Bedroom 3. On the lower living level relax on the over sized comfortable Knoll Sofas, enjoy the open fireplace and wall mounted TV with Blu-Ray player. An open arch leads through to the kitchen. Patio doors from the living areas lead directly to the terraces, summer kitchen and pool, under the gaze of the iconic Buddha statue.

Please be aware Villa Ocaso is set into a sloping cliff with a number of tiled or paved stairs and a twisting central staircase. The pool water is approx 1.5 m deep at the shallowest point with no dedicated safety barrier to the infinity wall of the pool, nor can the pool area be safely secured. Therefore regrettably Villa Ocaso is not suitable for young children or the infirm. If children are present they must be supervised at all times and a disclaimer acknowledged.
